Preliminary Allocations applications must be submitted to the SGA Office by Monday, December 3, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Only complete applications will be accepted; a complete application includes a completed Allocations Request Form, 4-digit and 6-digit budgets in the SGA budget format, and a complete and updated membership list. Supplemental materials may be included with the application.
Final Allocations applications must be submitted to the SGA Office by Friday, January 25, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. – applications submitted after 4:30 p.m. on Friday will not be considered for the Allocations process. Only complete applications will be accepted; a complete application includes a completed Allocations Request Form, 4-digit and 6-digit budgets in the SGA budget format, and a complete and updated membership list. Supplemental materials may be included with the application. Please contact the SGA Office if you, or your organization, has any questions regarding the Allocations process. Appointments can be made to review and assist organizations with budgets.

The first reading of the Allocations bill will be on February 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Black and Gold Room.
The second reading of the Allocations bill will be on March 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Black and Gold Room. All student organizations requesting Allocations money must have a student representative present at the second reading for the duration of the meeting. Failure to have a representative present at any time during the meeting will result in an irreversible zero-funding of the student organization.
