Preliminary Allocations applications must be submitted to the SGA Office by Monday, December 3, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Only complete applications will be accepted; a complete application includes a completed Allocations Request Form, 4-digit and 6-digit budgets in the SGA budget format, and a complete and updated membership list. Waivers can be granted to organizations on-campus that increase the involvement and education of students attending Fort Hays State University, who are not approved by the Student Organizations Committee.
